But the problem is that many runners forget all of the steps between the first one and the goal.  If your goal is to run under two hours for the half marathon then you need to be honest about all of the little steps to get to that goal.

I didn't sleep very well because of the crazy thunderstorm last night!  But still got up and went to the gym.

Run 3 easy miles.  Ankle felt great.  Chatted with a gal next to me on the TM...and it made the run SO much faster.

I showered and crawled back into bed to take my little nap before everyone got up for school.  But shortly thereafter, I had a kid complain of a stomach and then spent the rest of the morning dealing with pukes.  Great way to start the week!

Lily - Pukes are full force here. Yuck! Poor kid had to miss her piano recital tonight. Let's hope no one else gets it.

Smooth - Teena was more helpful in an hour than any other medical help I've had. Wowzer she is amazing!! I just hope this ankle can hold on till May :)
