The forecast said heavy rain this morning, so I prepared to run on the TM. But when I looked outside, it wasn’t raining.

I would be happy with anything in between there. But I felt like crap. My legs were heavy from TRX. Got through the warmup and made up every excuse to cut the workout short. I ended up doing the whole thing and hit my times, but I felt like death. It was so dark and was really raining hard by now.
